"Queen On Fire - Live At The Bowl" is a Queen live album and DVD recorded live at the Milton Keynes Bowl in Buckinghamshire, England, during the band's "Hot Space Tour" in 1982.
The live album CD features the full live concert with the DVD also featuring additional extras, such as band interviews, a photo gallery and recordings of songs from concerts in Japan and Austria.
Queen was supported during the tour by Morgan Fisher playing keyboards.
There were a few minor issues during the concert at The Bowl; May suffered string breakages on his Red Special, so he had to change to his Birch Red Special backup for a few songs. May also experienced sound loss due to his guitar pickup switches being inevitably switched off, leading to a twenty-second pause whilst May's guitar technician identified and rectified the issue.
Mercury also sang the line "In This Locality" in "Fat Bottomed Girls" off-key, which although this remained within the concert's original television and radio broadcasts, the error was edited for the album and DVD release.
Throughout the concert, a member of the audience can be heard using an air horn. Queen recognised this; the album's liner notes reference the "air horn man" and thanked him.
This video features Queen's arrival at the concert to the track Flash.
