Performing their brand new show for 2017 and 2018, Majesty join forces with touring theatre promoters GRT entertainments to perform their hit show as “Anthems – the Ultimate Queen Concert Show” Queen tribute Majesty we’re incredibly excited to hit the road in partnership with GRT entertainments. Anthems – the Ultimate Queen Concert Show has been created to include a storming number of Queen super hits whilst paying tribute to some of Queen’s most iconic live performances from shows such as Live at Wembley to as early as Live at the Odeon in the 70s.
Queen tribute rock Great Yarmouth
Situated in the heart of Great Yarmouth, lies the popular Britannia Pier. It is visited by 1000s of people every day for fun and entertainment. On August 17th 2017, Majesty a tribute to Queen hit the stage in an explosion of energy. Opening the show as Queen originally did at Wembley with “One Vision”, Majesty powered through a number of hits in quick succession.
We caught up to Peter Southern who plays Brian May in the show.
“We love to hit them hard at the beginning just like Queen did. We play a medley of songs which features Bo-Rap, Killer Queen, Bicycle Race and Good old fashioned love boy. We love watching audiences whoop and cheer as we constantly change direction throughout the medley, it’s our little nod to what Queen did in the mid 70s at many shows.”
It’s safe to say though that it was a great night had by all. Here are just some of the amazing comments we received about the show.
