Queen Forever is Queen's sixth compilation album release, featuring eighteen of Queen's back catalogue, comprised of a mixture of their hits and album-only tracks. The album also featured three previously unreleased songs.
The album was released across several formats:
Standard CD edition
Double CD deluxe edition featuring thirty-six tracks
4-LP edition box set featuring all of the tracks as per the deluxe edition
Queen Forever received mixed reviews, with even Roger Taylor saying that "it was a rather odd mixture of our slower material and I didn't want the double album version they've (record company) put out - its more of a record company confection than a full-bodied Queen album"
